 Meet at designated airport for group flight (optional) to Florence.
July 1
 Arrive in Florence. Orientation and introductions. Welcome meeting. Walking tour of central Florence.
July 2
 Continue orientation. Official welcome dinner. Placement exams (if applicable) and academic introductions.
July 3-4
 Weekend excursion.
July 5
 First day of classes.
July 6-30
 Monday-Friday, classes in mornings. Optional studio art classes or cultural and recreational activities held during the afternoon. The Cooking Seminar is held each Friday morning.
Weekend Excursions
 Overnight excursion to Rome, and day trips to Cinque Terre and the Tuscan countryside.
July 31
 Group flight departs for the U.S.
