apply nowAspire students will spend two weeks studying Italian language at a language institute in central Florence and visiting important historical and cultural sites in Italy. Classes will be held weekday mornings, and Aspire cultural and recreational activities will be held in the afternoons. Students will have the opportunity to visit all the major sites of Rome during an overnight excursion to the nation’s capital. On the second overnight excursion, students will travel to Tuscania, a small, idyllic town located ninety minutes north of Rome on the border of Lazio and Tuscany. In Tuscania, students will be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and will enjoy the town’s picturesque setting, delicious food, medieval walls and cobblestoned streets. The students will also take a field trip to learn about and visit ancient Etruscan tombs and will participate in a hands-on Italian cooking class.
